Any municipally-owned utility may apply for membership in the Alliance. All members of the Alliance are considered members of the Missouri Association of Municipal Utilities (MAMU) and are entitled to services and expertise provided by MAMU, the Missouri Joint Municipal Electric Utility Commission (MJMEUC) and the Municipal Gas Commission of Missouri (MGCM)."
