Missouri kicks off energy efficiency home tour at state fair - News Briefs - Ecoseed Information Network: "Missouri launched the Energize Missouri Homes Tour, a stimulus funded educational initiative, composed of exhibits and workshops that will teach consumers how to be more energy efficient and cut energy costs.
The tour, which kicked off at the state fair in Sedalia this weekend, will travel across the state starting September 12, and will feature an energy auditor for each community. Representatives will also share information about state tax credits, such as the $1,000 a year/$2,000 lifetime maximum deduction for the cost of conducting a certified energy audit of a home."
