Fitch Assigns Initial 'A' Rtg to MO Joint Muni Elec Util Comm Pwr Supply Sys Revs; Outlook Stable - MarketWatch: "Fitch Ratings has assigned an initial long-term rating of 'A' to the Missouri Joint Municipal Electric Utility Commission's (MJMEUC) $16.475 million power supply system revenue bonds (MoPEP Facilities), series 2011.
MJMEUC expects to price the bonds during the week of Nov. 14. Proceeds will be used to fund completion of and repay short-term debt incurred to construct the Fredericktown Energy Center."
