"Gov. Jay Nixon helped break ground today for the Missouri Center for Waste to Energy in Sedalia. The center will convert methane gas, a byproduct of waste materials in landfills, into electricity. The center also will provide educational and training opportunities for students at State Fair Community College (SFCC) in advanced energy systems using an on-site lab."
