Mo. initiative seeks to increase renewable energy - KFVS12 News & Weather Cape Girardeau, Carbondale, Poplar Bluff: "JEFFERSON CITY, Mo. (AP) - A newly proposed Missouri ballot initiative seeks to increase the amount of renewable energy used in Missouri.
The proposal would bump up the renewable energy standards approved by voters in 2008 and also would give new power to the state's official consumer advocate to make sure the standards are implemented."
