Energize Missouri Industries - DNR: "Through the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009, the Missouri Department of Natural Resources’ Division of Energy has designed a new Energy Assessment Tool to assist users in performing common energy audit measurements, calculations and evaluate potential savings associated with energy efficiency upgrades in their buildings. The assessment tool will provide commercial and industrial facilities with the opportunity to identify and analyze the potential savings and cost effectiveness of implementing energy efficiency projects."
