Missouri State praised as energy saver | Springfield News-Leader | news-leader.com: "An international company that helps its customers increase energy efficiency has lauded Missouri State University as a leader in higher education in lessening its carbon footprint and helping the environment.

Johnson Controls, based in Milwaukee, limited its review to only those colleges and universities with which it does business. A company spokesperson said Friday that Johnson Controls has 675 current projects in the United States, but she was unable to say how many are with colleges and universities."
