FAIR: Missouri saves $17 million by conserving energy : Stltoday: "FAIR: Missouri's overall commitment to promoting renewable energy may be debatable, but one thing that can't be questioned is the excellent job the state is doing to reduce energy consumption in its own buildings.
The Missouri Office of Administration announced recently that the state has reduced energy consumption by nearly 22 percent across 3,200 state buildings in the past four years."
