Why you’d want them: You can find out the qualifications for rebates up to $22,500 or find out how to qualify for a loan of up to $15,000 to make your house more energy efficient through local programs such as Ameren Missouri and Columbia Water & Light."
Where you get the records: Go to DSIRE online at http://www.dsireusa.org. Click on Missouri on the map and look for the utility loan program links (Residential and Commercial) or the utility rebate programs through Ameren Missouri or Columbia Water & Light.
