Hundreds of Columbia residents learned ways to save energy and stay safe Saturday at the fifth annual Energy Efficiency Exposition.
More than 20 vendors set up booths to inform people about their energy-efficient products and services. The emphasis was on education, said Jim Robertson, communication specialist for Boone Electric Cooperative. "They are not here to sell and push," he said.
